
The final plans from Aviva and Socius to create the world’s leading district for cancer research and treatment at the London Cancer Hub have been submitted to Sutton Council.
97% of over 4,500 respondents said they are positive or neutral towards the plans, but we now need you to register your support for the planning application to tell the council it’s wanted.

What will the London Cancer Hub deliver?
Building on the groundbreaking work by The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) and The Royal Marsden Hospital, the London Cancer Hub will deliver:
- Cutting-edge facilities dedicated to advancing cancer research, treatment, and innovation.
- Spaces for food/beverage, retail and events, alongside early delivery of padel tennis courts and pop-up market stalls.
- Key worker accommodation, ranging from 1-3-bed with 50% offered at a discounted rate.
- Nature-rich spaces including a wildflower meadow, pollinator garden, 2km green leisure trail, growing spaces and new orchard trees.
